You’re carrying more than you should have to carry alone.

I’m Ashley Lasher, a licensed therapist in Apex, NC helping adults find clarity, confidence, and connection, from the comfort of home.

You’re exhausted from holding everything together: the marriage, the kids, the career, the mental load. And wondering when someone is going to ask how you’re doing.

You’re lying awake replaying the same argument, or going through the motions of a life that doesn’t feel like yours anymore.

You know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start.

You’re not broken. You’re not failing. And it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Hi, I’m Ashley.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of experience helping adults navigate the hard stuff: the relationship tension, the parenting overwhelm, the financial stress, and the identity shifts that come with doing so much for everyone else. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who genuinely gets it.
