We accept a wide array of payment methods including select insurance.
Investing in your mental health is one of the most important things you can do, for yourself and for the people who depend on you. I want to make sure cost doesn’t stand in the way of getting the support you need.
Below you’ll find a clear breakdown of my fees and insurance information. If you have questions about any of this, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Insurance I Accept
I am in-network with the following insurance providers:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Aetna.
Being “in-network” means I have a contracted relationship with these insurers, which typically results in lower out-of-pocket costs for you. Your exact copay or coinsurance depends on your specific plan, so I’d recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to verify your behavioral health benefits before we begin.
Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards through my secure client portal. You’ll set up your payment method during onboarding, and billing is handled automatically so there’s one less thing to think about.
Out-of-Network & Self-Pay
If you have insurance other than BCBS or Aetna, or if you prefer to pay out of pocket, my session rate is $180 per hour.
I provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Your insurance company can tell you what your out-of-network benefits include and how much you may be able to get back.
Sliding Scale
I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. If cost is a barrier to getting started, please reach out. I’m happy to discuss options.
